    1. Non-alignment is not neutral since it does not stay aloof from world issues. It takes part actively in international political affairs. Nonalignment, thus, is not passivism but rather "action".
    2. NAM is not aloof since it moves forward to assist recently independent nations, developed and undeveloped.
    3. NAM keeps good relations with the nations of the First and Second Worlds; it is not dedicated to any military blocs.
