Write a rational number in which the numerator is less than ‘–7 × 11’ and the denominator is greater than ‘12 + 4’.
Solution
Let, –7 × 11 = p = –77
and 12 + 4 = q = 16
Rational number = `p/q = (-77)/16`
Hence, it has more than one answer like `(-78)/17, (-79)/18, (-80)/19`.
