- Ray RS or ray RT, ray RP are opposite rays.
- The intersection set of ray PQ and ray RP is ray PQ.
- The union of line PQ and line QR is the set line RQ.
- Line QR is a subset of ray RQ, ray SQ, ray TQ… etc subset.
- Point R is the common origin for the opposite ray s, ray RP (RQ) and ray RS (RT).
- The names of two ray S pair with starting point S are ray SR and ray ST.
- The intersection set of ray SP and ray ST is S.
