The given numbers are `- 3/4 "and" 5/4`
We know that,

`therefore - 3/4<-2/4<-1/4<0<1/4<2/4<3/4<4/4<5/4`
Hence, 3 rational numbers between `- 3/4 "and" 5/4` are:
`- 2/4, - 1/4` and `3/4`.
