Dear Uncle,

I hope this letter finds you in great health and high spirits. I was so happy to receive your letter and the generous gift you sent for my birthday. Though we missed your presence at the celebration, your thoughtful gift of one thousand rupees brought me immense joy and made me feel as though a part of you was with us.

Thank you so much for this wonderful gift! It was a delightful surprise and truly appreciated. Knowing how you always encourage me to pursue my hobbies and interests, I have decided to use the money in a way that would make you proud and support my passion for reading.

I plan to invest the money in buying a set of novels from the classic literature collection I have been eyeing for some time. As you know, I have always been an avid reader, and classic literature holds a special place in my heart. I believe that reading such timeless works will not only enhance my understanding of the world but also improve my language skills and inspire my own creative writing.

The collection includes novels by Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, and Mark Twain, among others. These authors have shaped the literary landscape with their profound narratives and unique storytelling styles, and I am incredibly excited at the prospect of delving deeper into their worlds. I feel that reading these classics will open up new horizons for me, both intellectually and emotionally.

Your gift will not just buy me books; it will provide me with experiences, adventures, and a gateway to different eras and cultures. I am truly grateful for this opportunity to enrich my library and my mind.

Once again, thank you for your generous and thoughtful gift. I missed having you with us on my birthday, and I look forward to seeing you soon. Please take care and give my regards to Aunt Maya and the cousins.

Your lovingly,
Pranali
