2. The iron rule of authority is used to force its official ideology or mythology upon the people. Every communication tool is controlled by the government and is employed for promotion. To organize a state of terror and undertake a manhunt for the dissidents, secret police and intelligence units are set up. Official praise of the leader, his party, and the race also takes place.
