प्रश्न
What is spectrum? What is the name of glass shape used to produce a spectrum?

In this diagram, the angle of prism, angle of incidence, angle of emergence and angle of deviation, respectively, have been represented by:

(B) P, Y, M and Z,
(C) O, X, M and Z,
(D) P, X, Z and N.

Differentiate between a glass slab and a glass prism. What happens when a narrow beam of
(i) a monochromatic light, and
(ii) white light passes through
(a) glass slab and
(b) glass prism?
