To meet our body's protein requirements, we should consume protein-rich foods. We should eat eggs, meat, fish, lentils, beans, and dairy products such as cheese, milk, and yoghurt. Vegetarians should consume at least one cup (katon) of dal each day, as it is their only source of protein.
