प्रश्न
Without solving, comment upon the nature of roots of the following equation:
7x2 – 9x + 2 = 0
उत्तर
7x2 – 9x + 2 = 0
a = 7, b = −9 and c = 2
∴ Discriminant = b2 – 4ac
= (−9)2 – 4(7)(2)
= 81 – 56
= 25
