To find: Stopping potential (V0

Formula: V0 = `("E" - phi_0)/"e"`

Calculation:

V0 = `(2 xx 1.6 xx 10^-19 - 0.6 xx 1.6 xx 10^-1)/(1.6 xx 10^-19)` 

= 2 - 0.6

= 1.4 V

The stopping potential is 1.4 V.
