Activity II : Decide the sample space yourself and fill in the following boxes.

Let us suppose the sample space be {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 10}     
Event A: Getting an even number
A = {2, 4, 6, 8, 10}
∴ n(A) = 5
Now,`P(A)=(n(A))/(n(S)`

`=5/10`

`=1/2`
