- High Morale, High Productivity: This setting highlights great employee morale and productivity. Employees are driven, engaged, and satisfied with their work, resulting in high job satisfaction and commitment. Recognising and rewarding a team's accomplishments can boost morale and productivity, resulting in successful projects and satisfied customers.
- High Morale, Low Productivity: In this quadrant, employees have great morale but low production. Employees who are motivated and satisfied with their work may nonetheless face challenges that hamper their effectiveness. This could be due to limited resources, imprecise expectations, or inefficient processes. A team lacking training or technology may fail to fulfil performance targets, even if they have good morale and positive attitudes.
- Low Morale, High Productivity: Employees in this region experience poor morale yet high productivity levels. High productivity may not be sustainable in the long run due to increased turnout, absenteeism, and turnover.
