2. Right to be informed: It refers to the consumer's right to be informed about the product's quality, quantity, purity, standard, and price in order to make an informed decision and defend oneself from unfair commercial practices.
3. Right to Consumer Education: It refers to the right to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to be a well-informed consumer. He must not only be aware of his rights but also be able to exercise them.
