Dolphin Kick

When performing a dolphin kick, both legs whip simultaneously while the feet are pointed. The bi-directional (moving in two directions) dolphin kick calls for strength in the legs, hips, lower back, and abdomen. It also calls for extraordinary anaerobic conditioning and ankle flexibility.
