`9x^2 + 2xy + y^2/9`

We have,

`9x^2 + 2xy + y^2/9`

= `(3x)^2 + 2 * 3x * y/3 + (y/3)^2`

= `(3x + y/3)^2`

= `(3x + y/3)(3x + y/3)`
