प्रश्न

Find the degree and radian measure of exterior and interior angle of a regular hexagon

बेरीज

उत्तर

Hexagon:
Number of sides = 6
Number of exterior angles = 6
Sum of exterior angles = 360°

∴ Each exterior angle = `(360°)/"no. of sides"`

= `(360°)/6`

= 60°

= `(60 xx pi/180)^"c"`

= `(pi/3)^"c"`

Interior angle + Exterior angle = 180°

∴ Each interior angle = 180° – 60° = 120°

= `(120 xx pi/180)^"c"`

= `((2pi)/3)^c"`
