∠ABP = ∠CBQ
i.e. a = b

∴ a + 46° + b = 180°
⇒ 2a = 180° – 46° .....[∵ a = b]
⇒ 2a = 134°
⇒ a = `134^circ/2` = 67°
∴ ∠ABP = 67°
