The given statement is not true. Management does not ignore cost benefit analysis while doing its primary work i.e. doing the right task, completing activities and achieving goals. Rather, management aims for an efficient utilisation of organisational resources to achieve the predetermined goals of the organisation. Hence, management focusses on both efficiency and effectiveness.
