The given statement is not true. Management does not ignore cost benefit analysis while doing its primary work i.e. doing the right task, completing activities and achieving goals. Rather, management aims for an efficient utilisation of organisational resources to achieve the predetermined goals of the organisation. Hence, management focusses on both efficiency and effectiveness.

Having the first-mover advantage, her business was doing well. To earn higher profits, she started cutting costs. At the beginning of the summer season, she got back to backorder for the supply of 4,000 ice cream packs of different flavors for special occasions.
