`4/3x + 2y` = 8; 2x + 3y = 12

2x + 3y = 12

= `a_1/a_2 = (4/3)/2 = 2/3,`

= `b_1/b_2 = 2/3,`

= `c_1/c_2 = 8/12 = 2/3`

= `a_1/a_2 = b_1/b_2 = c_1/c_2`

The pair of linear equations is consistent.
