In case the aggrieved party is not satisfied with the judgement of the forum, it can file an appeal in the State Commission only within 30 days of passing the judgement. However, in the given scenario, Sonika decided to appeal after 2 months of the passing of the forum's judgement; hence, she cannot file the appeal.
