The steps to be followed while preparing a presentation are:

1. Click on the icon given below the desktop.
   
2. It is necessary to have the content, images or both related to the component on which the presentation is to be made.
3. Select New option in the File tab and select Blank Slide. (You can select the required slide as per the presentation.)
   
4. Type the required information on the selected slide and insert the picture.
5. Design the slide with the help of Design tab.
   
6. With the help of Animations tab, give animation to the slide and show the slide.
