Income on Rs 80 = Rs 16 

Income on Rs 1 = `16/80 = 0.20`

18 % at 120: 

Income on Rs 120 =Rs 18 

Income on Rs 1 =`18/120` = 0.15  

Therefore, 16 %  at 80 is a better investment.
