प्रश्न
Why is the switch put in the live wire?
उत्तर
It is put into the live wire to ensure that no current runs through the appliance when the switch is turned off. This ensures that the live and neutral wires of the appliance are at the same potential, so that it is safe to touch the live wire while doing repairs.
