Hip Bursitis
Describe Hip Bursitis
थोडक्यात उत्तर
उत्तर
- Hip bursitis is caused by inflammation of the bursae, which are tiny, fluid-filled sacs that cushion the bones, tendons, and muscles surrounding the hip joint.
- The most frequent type is trochanteric bursitis, which affects the outside area of the hip. This issue can result in pain on the outside of the hip and thigh, particularly when lying on the affected side, walking, or rising stairs.
- Hip bursitis is most commonly caused by constant or continuous pressure on the hip, although it can also be caused by injury, arthritis, or bad posture. Rest, ice, anti-inflammatory medicines, and physical therapy are common treatments to strengthen and stretch the surrounding muscles.
- In some circumstances, corticosteroid injections might be used to reduce inflammation. Most people heal with conservative therapy, though their pain may take some time to decrease.
