    • Increasing blood pressure and heart rate to get more oxygen to muscles.
    • Getting more oxygen into the body by making the lungs' airways bigger.
    • Grabbing more glucose from the blood to give you energy.
    • Moving blood from the digestive system to the muscles so that you can act quickly.
