He had bought a “neat slice of real estate”. The firm was going to sell him some shares of stock. He was “in on the line of General Prosperity”. He also broke the news that he got married eighteen months ago.

Global Warming is caused by the accumulation of Green house Gases - C02, and methane in the atmosphere, resulting in the rise of Earth's over all surface temperature.
