3. The physical, mental and emotional well-being of individuals take a back seat due to addiction. For example: The levels of stress, anxiety, aggression or irritability increases due to excessive use of mobiles.
4. It can affect levels of commitment and efficiency. For example: Addiction may result in inability to focus and declined work performance. 
5. Addicts often turn out to be loners or individuals who avoid social interaction. For example: Excessive gaming on mobile leads to detachment from people and experiences in the real social world.
6. Addiction is a drain on financial resources as one has to pay heavily for phone bills and internet.
