Question
Can we measure the thickness of a piece of paper by vernier calipers?
Short Note
Solution
No, we cannot measure the thickness of a paper with vernier caliper as its least count is only 0.1mm. We should use a screw gauge instead as its least count is 0.01 mm as the thickness of the paper is in the range of 10-2 mm.
