Question
Construct a rhombus whose side is of length 3.4 cm and one of its angles is 45°.
Solution
As, we know that, in rhombus all sides are equal.
To construct a rhombus whose side is of length 3.4 cm and one of its angle is 45°.
- Taking AB = 3.4 cm.
- AT point A and B, construct ∠BAM = 45° and ∠TBP = 45°, respectively.
- From AM cut off AD = 3.4 cm and from BP cut off BC = 3.4 cm.
4. Join AD, DC and BC. ABCD is the required rhombus.
