Question
Do you ever feel really depressed?
Solution
Yes, I become quite depressed when I'm alone. Being alone for a lengthy amount of time can cause feelings of loneliness and despair, which can lead to depression. During these moments, negative emotions and thoughts intensify, making it challenging to find drive or delight in anything. To assist in reducing my depression, I should reach out to friends or loved ones or engage in activities that provide me with comfort and distraction. People often feel dark when they are alone. Remember that there are services available to help you deal with your emotions.
