\[ = \left( m \right)^2 + \left( 2n \right)^2 + \left( 3r \right)^2 + 2 \times m \times 2n + 2 \times 2n \times 3r + 2 \times m \times 3r \]
\[ = m^2 + 4 n^2 + 9 r^2 + 4mn + 12nr + 6mr\]
