Solution
Homozygous:
The condition in which a pair of homologous chromosomes carries similar alleles for a particular character.
For example -
(i) A colorblind daughter (XoXo) will have both the X chromosomes with defective alleles.
(ii) A non-roller will have rr (homozygous) genotype.
