Solution
m2 − 14m − 32 = m2 + 2m − 16m − 32
= m (m + 2) − 16 (m + 2)
= (m + 2) (m − 16)
∴ (m2 − 14m − 32) ÷ (m + 2)
= `((m + 2)(m − 16))/(m + 2`
= m − 16
