10y(6y + 21) ÷ 5(2y + 7)
= `(10 y (6y + 21))/(5(2y + 7))`
= `(2 xx 5 xx y xx 3(2y + 7))/(5(2y + 7))`
= 2 × 3 × y
= 6y
