`therefore (-2)/7 = (-2 xx 10)/(7 xx 10) = (-20)/70`
and `(-3)/10 = (-3 xx 7)/(10 xx 7) = (-21)/70`
It is clear from above that `(-20)/70 > (-21)/70`
Hence `(-20)/70 "or" (-2)/7` is greater.
