`vec"b" = 2hat"i" - 6hat"j" + 7hat"k"  (l, "m", "n")` = (2, – 6, 7)

Vector equation

`(vec"r" - vec"a") xx vec"b"` = 0

`[vec"r" - (4hat"i" + 3hat"j" - 7hat"k")] xx (2hat"i" - 6hat"j" + 7hat"k")` = 0

Cartesian equations

`(x - x_1)/l = (y - y_1)/"m" = (z - z_1)/"n"`

⇒ `(x - 4)/2 = (y - 3)/(-6) = (z + 7)/7`
