Question
Find the reciprocal of the following:
`(-5 xx 12/15) - (-3 xx 2/9)`
Solution
Given, `(-5 xx 12/15) - (-3 xx 2/9) = (-12/3) - (-2/3)`
= `-12/3 + 2/3`
= `(-12 + 2)/3`
= `-10/3`
Hence, the reciprocal of `-10/3` is `-3/10`.
