Question
Find the values of the following polynomials at a = –2 and b = 3:
`(a^2 - b^2)/3`
Solution
Given, a = –2 and b = 3
So, putting a = –2 and b = 3 in the given expressions, we get
`(a^2 - b^2)/3 = ((-2)^2 - (3)^2)/3`
= `(4 - 9)/3`
= `(-5)/3`
