`2[[1,3],[0,x]]+[[y,0],[1,2]]=[[5,6],[1,8]]`
`[[2+y,6],[1,2x+2]]=[[5,6],[1,8]]`
2x+2=8 and 2+y=5
2x=6 i.e x=3 and y=5-2=3
x=3 and y=3
