`5 xx a/b = 5 xx 2/3`
⇒ `(5a)/b = 10/3`
We obtain using dividendo
`(5a - b)/b = (10 - 3)/3`
⇒ `(5a - b)/b = 7/3`
Hence, the value of `(5a - b)/b` is `7/3`.
