Solution
∠Q and ∠ R is a pair of adjacent angles of parallelogram PQRS.
∴ ∠Q and ∠ R = 180°
∴ ∠Q = 180 - 60 = 120
∴ ∠ R : ∠Q = 60 : 120 = 1 : 2
