c) i) Bank transactions may be done using pin without the knowledge of consumer.
ii) Consumers are deceived by showing superior items on websites but actually selling the items of either inferior quality or impaired ones.
d) Government of Maharashtra amended IT Act 2000 to control such events.
e) The care should be taken by a person to avoid such events is : PIN and other personal information of credit card and debit cards, Aadhar card, PAN card should not be given to strangers.
PIN numbers should not be seen by anyone while using ATM.
