Explanation:
A. We know that,
Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 × (Length + Breadth)
Here, length = 6 and breadth = 4
∴ Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 × (6 + 4) = 2 × 10 = 20
B. Here, side = 5
∴ Perimeter of a square = 4 × Side = 4 × 5 = 20 ......[∵ In square all sides are equal]
C. Here, side = 6
∴ Perimeter of an equilateral triangle = 3 × Length of a side = 3 × 6 = 18
D. Given sides are 4, 4 and 2.
∴ Perimeter of an isosceles triangle = Sum of all sides = 4 + 4 + 2 = 10
