Solution
⇒ 11(x + 2) = 9(x + 4) ..(by cross multiplying)
⇒ 11x + 22 = 9x + 36
⇒ 11x - 9x = 36 - 22
⇒ 2x = 14
⇒ x = `14/2`
⇒ x = 7
