Question
State whether the two triangles are congruent or not. Justify your answer
Solution
Let the two triangles be ∆ABC and ∆ADC
In both the triangles `bar("AC") = bar("AC")` ...(common sides)
`bar("AD") = bar("BC")` ...(given)
`bar("AB") = bar("DC")` ...(given)
By SSS criterion ∆ABC ≅ ∆ADC.
