Solution
Given , Mass M = 5kg = 5000 g
volume V = 5 litre = 5000 `"cm" ^3`
Density of water d = `"M"/"V"`
= `(5000"g")/(5000 "cm"^3)`
= 1 g `"cm"^-3`
