Question
The mass of a brick is 2 kg 750 g. What is the total mass of 14 such bricks?
Solution
We know that 1 kg = 1000 g
Now, mass of one brick = 2 kg 750 g
∴ Mass of 14 such bricks = 2 kg 750 g ×× 14
= 2.75 kg ×× 14
= 38.5 kg = 38 kg 500 g
