Solution
Given: Radius of the sector, r = 3.5 cm
Length of the arc, l = 2.2 cm
Formula: Area of the sector = `1/2 lr`
= `1/2 xx 2.2 xx 3.5`
= 3.85 cm2
Thus, the area of the sector is 3.85 cm2.
