Solution
Given, `x = 2/3` and `y = 9/4`
Then, LHS = x × y
= `2/3 xx 9/4`
= `18/12`
= `3/2`
RHS = y × x
= `9/4 xx 2/3`
= `18/12`
= `3/2`
∴ LHS = RHS
Hence, xy = yx
